Als Assistenz des CEO hältst Du das Office am Laufen. Du koordinierst seine Termine, planst Reisen und sorgst für den reibungslosen Ablauf im Hintergrund. Zusätzlich kümmerst Du Dich um die monatlichen Reisekosten- und Kreditkartenabrechnungen. Mit Deiner strukturierten Art bist Du das Rückgrat des CEO-Alltags – verlässlich, diskret und bestens organisiert.

- Termin- und Reisekoordination
- Planung und Buchung von Hotels und Flügen
- Nachhalten von Aufgaben, Follow-ups und Office-Organisation
- Monatliche Abrechnung der Reisekosten und Kreditkarten
- Korrespondenz und Kommunikation im Auftrag des CEO
- Verlässliche Strukturierung des Office-Alltags und Priorisierung der Tasks
Dein Profil
- Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich, ideal auf C-Level
- Starkes Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Deutsch und Englisch sicher
- Routine im Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Tools
- Diskret, verlässlich und vorausschauend in der Unterstützung des CEO
